About bb.q Chicken Anaheim
The bb.q in our name stands for "Best of the Best Quality", and that's exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chickenπ is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you've tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It's a tremendous amount of work, but it's all worth it when you take that first bite.

This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Anaheim is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Anaheim follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Invited a friend to have this wings for the first time. Instantly fell in love. Thats all I need to say. 10/10 food and service. The wing flavor we had was honey garlic, one of the many awesome flavors here. Definitely coming back.

Door was open but they weren't "open" yet, so went to do some shopping and build our appetite. The employee behind the register as well as kitchen staff were amazing as they handled an overwhelming amount of online order and a handful of dine ins. Even though she was busy, she still took the time to explain the menu and care for our table. It seemed like a typical day for them but they were killing it.

I ordered takeout Honey Garlic Wings. Collected 10 minutes before shop closing time. As soon as I walked in no one on shop floor but I heard someone dropped toilet seat on the toilet. I knew whatβs going to happen. So I saw one staff cleaning in the kitchen and I called him to collect my food. He didnβt hear. Suddenly one male staff came out from toilet and he served me without taking off the gloves heβs wearing. The gloves colour was black and Iβm not sure he was cleaning or using restroom. But he supposed to take off gloves when he serves customers no matter what he was doing in the restroom. Thatβs the rule. I collected from him and held my takeout bag from the bottom. To be honest, their food and service are always great. But this time, βUh-uh, not acceptable and not hygienic at allβ. I paid and left the shop without complaining or confronting. But I always give a real feedback for the rest of customers when I see someone doing wrong.

The yangnyeom (spicy) chicken was delicious, but the soy sauce chicken was disappointing. While my friend felt it tasted fresh, I personally found it a bit off-putting due to a slight gamey smell. The restaurant was fairly empty when we visited.

We had the honey garlic wings and the galbi wings. Not only were these the best Asian wings weβve ever had, but I would put them in my top five wings of all time. The place is very clean inside. Great menu. The pickled radish side was really good. The guy behind the counter was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We will eat here every time we come to Los Angeles.
